AESA provides cable testing systems designed to enhance quality management and production performance of electrical wires and cables.
AESA provides a full range of equipment to fulfil the specificities of different cable types, from low frequencies to very high frequencies, including wire, pairs and quads, LAN cables, xDSL cables, telephone cables, coax cables, industrial cables such as railway, instrumentation and signalling cables, as well as patch cords and assemblies.
AESA also provides equipment for different types of conductors including solid, stranded, flexible and insulated conductors, with measurement solutions available for different stages of the production and quality process.

VisioCablePro® - Expert Tools for Measuring Cable
The optical cable measuring devices of the VisioCablePro® series create high-resolution colour video images of cable samples with diameters up to 130 mm.
The FMC-3 and VCPEasy software solutions help evaluate captured images, while the CAQ-system ProCable 3 can be used to archive obtained results and manage orders.
iiM also offers devices for cable sample preparation, including the ORC family for cutting samples with an outer diameter from 0.3 up to 200 mm, together with devices for inspecting cable samples according to the IEC EN 60811 standard.

LAP GmbH - Laser Application
LAP laser measurement systems are successfully used worldwide in metals industries, particularly in the steel industry, where they operate in demanding rolling-mill environments and similar working conditions.
LAP profile measurement systems have evolved from analog sensors and customized solutions to systems equipped with digital laser technology, solid steel housing, fixed or turning measuring axes, modular software and intuitive user interfaces.
